WOW! Some folks could be offended on either patriotic OR religious (Easter Peeps) reasons on this one. I actually LIKE the idea of "mixed media" to portray history. Our own hobby is an example. Back in grade school we used blue union army and cowboys in a cardboard Alamo for a project. Aluminum foil armor on green army men made Conquistadors for another project. I've seem LEGOs used for history so this effort by the kids was great.
