About ten years ago I used Sculpey to make one of the bastions of Fort Ward in Washington D.C.
Sculpey is wonderful stuff, but in large pieces such as this one, it tends to crack irreparably

Wow that's realy nicely detailed Mannie, we don't get Sculpey over here in England but it looks like a realy useful material, I assume it's some kind of modelling clay?

Hi Brian,
Yes, it works exactly like modelling clay, then you pop it in the oven for 15 minutes and it becomes permanent (though kind of fragile) plastic.
