54mm Trees, from Victory Wood Working (that's me!)

Can't see the forest for the trees? I've been very delinquent about posting but the video here will show you how I've been staying busy.

Here's my latest project, manufactured in my new a woodshop which I've immediately dragooned for toy soldier duty.

First project: 54mm trees.

Watch me make the tree by watching another little video right here.

I hope you get lots and lots of toy soldiers for the holidays.

See you on Jan 1.

Soldier on!

I like trees BTW.

Scott,

It is done and thanks for the reminder.

I think your site is outstanding for obvious reasons. Both you and I get a lot of mileage out of those BMC/Americana buildings, and I think you do enviable work that I shall emulate. Your roof treatments, by the way are first-rate.

Like The New Yankee Workshop for miniaturists. Too bad I don't have all those tools. And I'd like to have seen more detail on your painting technique.

Cap'n BoB,

Thanks or stopping by and the comment. As I increase the stable (grove?) of trees, I'll do another short video focusing on the manufacture and painting.

This time with narrative provided by my own soothing vocalizations.

Happy holiday sir!
