My 50-man 116 PA zouave regiment is just one man short of completion...and he's on the way. In the meantime, as with all of my regiments, I wanted a mounted colonel.
I found the Danila, General Pickett online, and converted him from a Confederate general to a Union zouave colonel. The only structural change I made was to cut some thin styrene sheet to make him shoulder straps, otherwise it was all just about painting; though I might go back and file off those extraneous buttons.
I'm happy with the result, and once the missing man arrives, the 116th is ready for action.
